Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce static & motion assets for diverse marketing channels. (social ads, organic social content, email assets, display, website and more)
- Understand needs, design storyboards, create and edit animations
- Contribute to larger projects as a member of the Video Production team
- Give and receive constructive & creative feedback across teams
- Collaborate with other designers, developers, & stakeholders
- Utilize conceptual and design skills to bring ideas to life.
- Shape the details of motion projects with cutting-edge techniques and technologies.
- Coordinate with programmers on integrating functions and objects into visual designs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in computer animation, fine arts, graphic design, or related field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a motion designer role
- A portfolio we can view
- Expert in Adobe After Effects & Premiere
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and design principles
- Ability to transform general vision and context into creative and effective visual assets.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction
- Ability to work independently or with a team to develop animations and solve problems
- Bonus: Experience with Blender or Adobe Animate
