Wellvana is seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our onsite marketing and creative team. The Graphic Designer will create visual content that supports Wellvana's brand, marketing initiatives, internal communications, digital channels, presentations, and promotional materials.

The ideal candidate has strong design skills, a good understanding of branding and visual communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative designs for digital and print marketing materials.
  • Create graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain consistent Wellvana branding across all visual communications.
  • Design brochures, flyers, presentations, reports, posters, business materials, and other print collateral.
  • Create social media graphics and digital content for marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other departments to understand project goals and requirements.
  • Translate concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs.
  • Develop layouts, typography, color schemes, illustrations, and other visual elements.
  • Edit and prepare images for digital and print use.
  • Resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms and formats.
  • Assist with presentations and other visual materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain organized libraries of design files, images, logos, templates, and brand assets.
  • Ensure designs meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Review final artwork for accuracy before publication or production.
  • Prepare print-ready files and digital assets when required.
  • Work with outside vendors, printers, photographers, or other creative partners when needed.
  • Stay current with graphic design trends, digital content formats, and industry best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  • Make revisions based on feedback from management and internal teams.
  • Perform other creative and marketing-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous professional graphic design experience preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and branding.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to accept feedback and make revisions efficiently.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

This is a full-time onsite position working with Wellvana's marketing and creative team.

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketing, management, communications, and other departments to develop creative materials and support company initiatives.

Regular business hours will be based on Wellvana's operating schedule.

Compensation

Pay: $_____ – $_____ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
