Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Classification: Salary, Exempt

Reports to: Head of Consumer Marketing

Role Summary:

  • Conceptualize and execute creative assets across marketing campaigns, social media, email, digital ads, and in-store materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand identity.
  • Evolve and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring cohesive visual expression across all channels.
  • Present creative concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Stay on top of design trends, technologies, and tools that can elevate brand storytelling.
  • Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and timelines.
  • Experiment with and incorporate AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance creative ideation, design efficiency, and innovation.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within marketing, advertising, or brand-focused environments.
  • Expert proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and similar design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of brand, campaign, and digital work.
  • Excellent visual, conceptual, and typographic design skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • A curiosity-driven mindset and enthusiasm for exploring new creative technologies — including AI design tools.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in fintech, hospitality, or consumer‑facing tech startups.
  • Familiarity with web or UX/UI design principles.
