SUMMARY

The Graphic Designer plays a key role in bringing the gorjana brand to life across all visual touchpoints, creating elevated, on-brand assets that reflect the company’s brand aesthetic. 

This role supports the development of digital and print creative, including marketing campaigns, e-commerce assets, social content, and in-store materials, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.

Partnering closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Retail teams, the Graphic Designer translates brand concepts and product stories into visually compelling designs that drive engagement and support business objectives. This role balances creativity with efficiency, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment while continuously evolving the brand’s visual expression.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Ecommerce Website 

Content 

  • Create content to exist in daily/weekly/monthly/seasonal ecommerce campaigns
  • Create content to exist in curated sections of website
  • Work with ecomm to create digital brand banners 
  • Create digital ads as needed for paid placements

Wholesale Website

  • Provide needed content 
  • Provide content for all email / marketing collateral for speciality

Line sheets

  • Update, revamp and distribute Line Sheet Template seasonally
  • Teach design team members and offer continued support on how to utilize InDesign software for a more efficient process and to keep up to date with the industry standard 
  • Coordinate execution of needed inter-department line sheet needs outside of collection launch line sheets

Email Marketing

  • Create content needed for email blasts
  • Cropping Emails once design is complete
  • Handoff to digital

Marketing

  • Special Events - Invites, thank you cards, etc. 
  • Gifting - Cards, Instructions, etc.

Catalog/Direct Mail:

  • Campaign ideation
  • Aesthetic Development: Research + moodboarding 
  • Design catalog layouts + deliver assets to printer

Partnerships:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with other brands to design digital and printed assets for partnerships and co-branded promotions
  • Emails, website graphics, social graphics, brochures, booklets 
  • Ambassador programs - Design assets for these programs as needed: emails, invitations, newsletters, etc. 

Retail

  • Update window decals seasonally 
  • Create blackout window graphics for stores under construction 
  • Update framed model photos for retail displays seasonally 
  • Create brochures/pamphlets/etc. for collections and activations (bespoke brochure, aura reading assets, etc.) 
  • Prepare graphics for permanent store installations 
  • Help design with packaging mocks 
  • Operational/Training Assets
  • Retail Training Assets 

Operations

  • Develop and maintain various assets as needed 
  • For example: Business cards, New Hire Manual, LinkedIn Graphics, Newsletter templates, Office + Parking Maps, Miscellaneous branded collateral around the office
