The Opportunity:
We're looking for a versatile, digital-first Graphic Designer with proven experience across brand, marketing, and web design to join our growing creative team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with digital marketers and content creators to produce visually compelling assets that elevate our clients' campaigns and digital presence. From crafting high-impact landing pages to designing scroll-stopping ads, your work will play a key role in driving lead generation and engagement across multiple channels.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity , meaning we're looking for someone who can make an immediate impact while we assess long-term fit. Although full-time employment is not guaranteed, there is a strong potential for conversion if the match is right-for both you and the team. The role is fully remote, but candidates must reside within the United States.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing and building high-converting landing pages and microsites using Framer
- Creating engaging assets for paid social, display ads, email marketing, and downloadable content
- Developing visual content such as ebooks, guides, and branded PDFs for lead generation
- Designing email banners and graphics optimized for performance
- Working within multiple brand systems to produce cohesive, on-brand assets
Collaborating closely with marketers, copywriters, and other creatives in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment - Managing multiple design requests and turning around high-quality work on tight timelines
- Contributing to creative strategy sessions by offering visual insights, brainstorming ideas, and helping shape the look and feel of multi-channel campaigns from concept to completion
- Providing design QA to ensure assets are visually consistent and are optimized for performance across mobile and desktop
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of professional design experience, ideally in an agency or high-volume marketing environment
- Strong skills in Figma (layouts, components, responsiveness) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience building web and landing pages using tools like Framer, Webflow, or similar
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital-first work (social ads, display banners, emails, and landing pages)
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and user research methodologies with strong problem-solving skills and a track record of innovative design solutions
- A keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional design.
- Comfortable working across multiple brand guidelines and adjusting design style accordingly
- Organized, efficient, and able to move quickly across a variety of projects and timelines
- Strong communicator and team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration
