As the Trade Sales Planning Graduate, you will learn the main commercial aspects of sales and distribution at Red Bull North America. You’ll make an impact by transforming data into clear, action-oriented plans that help put the right products, in the right places, at the right time to drive profitable growth for our customers and the brand. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Trade Sales Planning, you will partner with the Trade Sales Planning team, the Key Account Sales and Distribution Teams across the U.S. to support critical projects and processes related to volume forecasting, analytics, and system management. The Graduate will be introduced to several functions within the department and participate in critical initiatives such as the Monthly Volume Call process, SKU Level Planning in our Customer Profitability Management (“CPM”) Tool, and our production planning outlooks.
Job DescriptionTRADE SALES FORECASTING SUPPORT
Build and maintain forecasting tools and resources to support Trade Sales Planning team across their key account and independent channels, and directly with business partners
Participate in the Monthly Volume Call process with Red Bull leadership to develop a clear understanding of volume performance, key drivers and business decisions
Assist with maintenance of SKU Level Planning resources and forecasts for top customers
Learn foundational skills and technical tools, including statistical forecasting models and SAP Cloud Analytics
STRATEGIC PROJECT SUPPORT
Support the Sales and Operations (“S&OP”) production planning project with key steps in maintaining a full portfolio and Route to Market (“RTM”) forecast and updating based on sales trends
Input plans into the SAP system to ensure accurate trade sales forecast for Global supply chain planning
Learn from and partner with Global counterparts and key Red Bull North America sales leaders
FORECASTING SYSTEM SUPPORT
Assist in maintaining integrity of Customer Profitability Management (“CPM”) system for volume forecasting from field teams
Support and optimize sales product planning systems to ensure precise, data-driven measurement and forecasting of demand
QualificationsBachelor’s degree (completed before July 2026)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred
Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
Knowledge of Advanced Data Tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SAP Cloud Analytics) is a plus
Fluent in English (written, spoken)
Additional InformationThe salary for this position is $73,000.
