As the On Premise Insights & Analytics Grad, you will focus on enhancing data sharing and integration across the On Premise (any account you purchase and consume a Red Bull on the premise; i.e. restaurants, bars, nightclubs)—expanding reach and visibility. You will transform insights into actions and work collaboratively across On Premise Marketing, Distribution, Field Sales, and Regional teams. You will visualize data to impact strategy, provide teams with actionable knowledge, and discover new data platforms to leverage.
Job DescriptionON PREMISE INSIGHTS
Partner with On Premise Analytics and On Premise Distribution team to update insights on a monthly/quarterly schedule
Develop analytical skills by working with large, multi-source datasets to identify trends and contribute to data-informed decision-making
Build an understanding of existing Field materials and recommend thoughtful enhancements to improve usability and impact
Gain experience creating recurring templates and executive summaries that track Key Performance Indicators across regions
Grow presentation and storytelling skills by supporting and eventually leading sales results and insights discussions with the broader Field team
MARKETING ANALYTICS & REPORTING
Collaborate with the Consumer & Industry Marketing team to support data, analytics, and reporting needs
Learn how festival and event sales are measured by helping standardize reporting, collect event data, and analyze results
Quantify event performance by linking consumption occasions to sales data, developing a monthly report mapping volume, and analyzing trends over time
Summarize quarterly consumer survey findings, integrate insights with broader On Premise trends, and collaborate with teams to share insights with the broader organization
CROSSFUNCTIONAL & FIELD EXECUTION INSIGHTS
Partner with the On Premise Analytics team to learn how execution data is pulled and analyzed, with a focus on cooler implementation, menu presence, and price promotions.
Explore and analyze underutilized data sources, (e.g. Non-Commercial, Broadline, Alcohol) to uncover new learning opportunities
Collaborate with the Shopper Insights team and Category Development managers to support ad-hoc surveys that address evolving business questions
Help develop insights related to the performance and rollout of new Red Bull products
QualificationsBachelor’s degree (completed before July 2026)
Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus
Proven excellence in academic pursuits
A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Additional InformationThe salary for this position is $73,000.
