As the Graduate, Human Resources (HR) Data & Systems you will gain exposure to the systems employees interact with every day, to the data leaders rely on to make strategic workforce decisions. Reporting into the Director of HR Data & Systems, you will support Red Bull’s HR organization by helping ensure reliable systems, clean data, and insightful analytics that enable great people decision makings and a premium employee experience. This role sits at the intersection of HR, technology, and analytics, offering a unique opportunity to develop data driven decision making skills, systems thinking, and cross‑functional problem solving, while learning how a global organization manages, supports, and grows its people.
Job DescriptionEMPLOYEE DATA & REPORTING
Develop an understanding of how employee data flows across systems and best practices around data quality assurance
Conduct data audits and validation checks to ensure accuracy, directly impacting reporting, planning, and future decision‑making
HR SYSTEMS & TOOLS
Learn how practices and configurations around HR systems can have a direct impact on employee experience
Help translate system complexity into clear documentation, guides, and resources that teach employees how to use HR systems and tools
Assist with testing, rollout, and adoption of system enhancements that improve HR processes
Collaborate with teams across the HR department to support ongoing initiatives through systems or analytics
WORKFORCE (EMPLOYEE) DATA ANALYTICS & INSIGHTS
Build foundational knowledge of HR data, metrics, and analytics, and how they’re used to inform people’s decisions.
Contribute to quarterly HR Key Performance Indicator reporting by preparing data, identifying trends, supporting insight development, turning findings into recommendations, and presenting to executive leadership
Assist in building or improving processes that move HR data into reports and dashboards for easier visualization. Analyze headcount and employee cost data (such as salaries and benefits), and partner across HR & Finance stakeholders to deliver forecasts
Partner with teams across the Talent department to support ongoing initiatives through systems or analytics
QualificationsBachelor’s degree completed before July 2026
Tech‑savvy, curious, and excited about shaping the employee experience through data, insights, and scalable systems
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to break down complex issues
Effective communicator who enjoys turning data into stories that influence decisions
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative.
Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; SQL or a query language preferred
Interest in a career in HR, data analytics & insights, or digital employee experience
Additional InformationThe salary for this position is $73,000.
