Job Description

Your Career

The Google Engagement Manager role is focused on developing co-sell commercial programs and campaigns with Palo Alto Networks and Google Cloud. This position is responsible for identifying and driving new Google-sourced leads and helping to close complex opportunities with the Google marketplace while working closely with Google and Palo Alto Networks to scale the partnership with co-sell motions.

Your Impact

  • Alliance Management

    • Build and foster strong relationships with Google and key stakeholders, aligning on programs, current offerings, partnership agreements, and goals.

    • Understanding Google’s partner ecosystem and leveraging it to expand the company’s reach with new and improved best practices

    • Developing and executing joint GTM commercial strategies, including managing co-sell tools like Workspan

  • Program Development

    • Design and implement joint campaigns that generate new leads and engage new buying centers while driving customer, partner, and product adoptions.

    • Tracking program performance and measuring success

    • Be the expert in the sales messaging concerning Google Cloud and Palo Alto Networks' joint offering.

  • Sales Play campaign Operations

    • Subject matter expert on GCP Marketplace and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to properly operationalize and launch new workstreams

    • Streamline processes and workflows to support cross-sell/upsell opportunities and generate new leads through public and private offers

    • Ensure marketplace operations can support future growth and scale with increasing demand

Qualifications

Your Experience 

  • 3+ years experience in strategic partnerships or business development

  • 3+ years of channel program experience

  • CSP engagement and marketplace experience preferred (GCP specifically)

  • Understanding of CSP ecosystems and partner programs (GCP specifically)

  • Experience in managing and executing programs and campaigns

  • Cybersecurity industry knowledge

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and written skills

  • Strong project management and organization skills
