Our client is looking for a dedicated and strategic Google Ad Grant Specialist to join their team. The company is a recognized leader in the digital marketing space for the nonprofit sector, having significantly expanded their impact and service offerings over the past few years. In this role, you will be instrumental in empowering a diverse portfolio of nonprofit organizations to achieve their mission-driven goals through expert management of their search advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and refine search advertising campaigns on Google Ads (including Performance Max) and Microsoft Ads.

  • Ensure all Google Ad Grant accounts maintain strict platform compliance, maximize budget utilization, and are structured for long-term success.

  • Manage paid search accounts with a sharp focus on improving conversion metrics and overall return on investment.

  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and formulate data-driven optimization strategies.

  • Create and deliver insightful performance reports that tell a compelling story, using visualizations and benchmarks to guide nonprofit stakeholders.

  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple client deliverables simultaneously within established timelines.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, such as SEO and Analytics, to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.

  • Troubleshoot and manage tracking infrastructure using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to ensure data accuracy.



Requirements
  • Proven, hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts, with specific knowledge of the Google Ad Grants program.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Ads and a solid understanding of Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns.

  • Demonstrable experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking and performance analysis.

  • A strong ability to interpret complex data, extract meaningful insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage several client accounts effectively without compromising quality.

Qualifications

  • A track record of successfully improving campaign performance for clients, particularly in a nonprofit context.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

  • A proactive and professional approach to client management and project delivery.
