Now is an amazing time to join Nozomi Networks as we build the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity.

We defend some of the world’s largest organizations and critical infrastructure in more than 68 countries and we’re just getting started. Our AI-powered cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities across energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure.

We're looking for a highly motivated, self-starting Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems Administrator who thrives working independently and enjoys solving problems across a modern sales technology stack. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly learn new platforms, take ownership of GTM systems, and provide exceptional support to internal teams.

You'll be responsible for administering multiple GTM platforms, managing user access and permissions, configuring reports and basic system settings, and serving as the first line of support for our sales technology ecosystem.

In this role, you will:
  • Administer and support our Go-to-Market technology stack.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, profiles, and access requests across multiple platforms.
  • Configure reports, dashboards, workflows, and light system configurations.
  • Provide Tier 1 support by troubleshooting user issues and escalating more complex problems when necessary.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams to ensure our technology supports business objectives.
  • Document system configurations, support processes, and best practices.
  • Monitor platform health and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Assist with system implementations, integrations, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
  • Continuously learn new technologies and stay current with the evolving GTM technology landscape.
To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:
  • We're looking for someone who is excited about the future of AI in Revenue Operations and Sales Technology. The ideal candidate is eager to learn emerging AI tools, identify opportunities for automation, improve team productivity, and help shape how AI is adopted across our Go-to-Market organization.A self-starter who takes ownership and works effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a natural curiosity for learning new technologies.
  • Experience administering multiple SaaS platforms within a Go-to-Market environment.
  • Experience managing user provisioning, permissions, roles, and access.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and basic system configurations.
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A growth mindset with a genuine desire to continuously learn and improve.
Preferred Experience

Proven experience building AI agents or automation workflows across the tech stack.

Experience with Salesforce and one or more of the following platforms is highly desirable:

  • Clari
  • Claude
  • LeanData
  • Loopio
  • Top Hat
  • Cloudingo
  • Dunn & Bradstreet
  • Traction
  • Other modern Go-to-Market, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations platforms
Success in This Role
  • Takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done.
  • Learns new platforms quickly and enjoys becoming the expert others rely on.
  • Thinks critically and solves problems independently.
  • Provides outstanding support and builds trust with business stakeholders.
  • Looks for opportunities to improve processes rather than simply maintaining them.
  • Is excited by technology, automation, and the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
  • Wants to grow into a trusted technical partner for our Go-to-Market teams.

If you're energized by learning new technologies, supporting high-performing sales organizations, and building scalable systems that help teams succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
