Position Summary

Fraudnet is seeking a Go-to-Market Manager to help shape and scale how we reach, engage, and convert our two core audiences—payment companies and banks. This is a strategic, hands-on role built for a B2B marketer who knows how to turn ICP insight into pipeline results.

You’ll lead cross-functional campaigns that unify product marketing, content, comms, and demand into a powerful GTM engine. Working closely with Sales, Product, and the CEO, you’ll own the development of vertically tailored messaging, sales enablement content, and coordinated campaigns across key channels. This is your chance to make an outsized impact at a high-growth, mission-driven company that’s redefining financial crime prevention with AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute go-to-market strategy for our primary ICPs: Payments and Banking
  • Lead cross-functional, multi-channel campaigns—email, events, PR, social, paid, and ABM
  • Develop messaging frameworks, content briefs, and campaign themes aligned to each vertical
  • Translate technical product features into customer-facing benefits for risk, fraud, and compliance buyers
  • Align with Product Marketing on positioning and new release GTM planning
  • Partner with the Demand Lead and Comms Manager to run high-performing campaigns
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) to accelerate creative development and campaign operations
  • Track performance KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, campaign ROI) and continuously improve program outcomes
  • Manage and mentor a small team of digital, content, and product marketers, plus outside vendors

Skills and Requirements

  • Have 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS or fintech marketing, including full-funnel campaign leadership
  • Know how to run ABM, outbound, and thought leadership campaigns that turn ICP insight into pipeline
  • Have experience marketing to regulated industries like banks, fintechs, and payment processors
  • Excel at aligning messaging across Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive clear, compelling narratives
  • Are a strong writer and strategic thinker with an eye for content that moves buyers
  • Are familiar with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Apollo
  • Embrace AI tools to get more done, faster—without sacrificing quality or insight
  • Are organized, resourceful, and focused on business outcomes—not just activity

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
