Position Overview:

 

As the AI Go-to-Market (GTM) Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy for AI-powered solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This includes partnering with a cross-functional teams to develop, market, and sell AI-based ServiceNow solutions that address the unique challenges of our customers. You will be responsible for building a comprehensive AI GTM strategy, creating messaging and positioning, and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI technologies, ServiceNow capabilities, and experience in leading GTM initiatives within an enterprise technology environment. You will be a highly effective communicator, strategic thinker, and a strong leader who can inspire and drive innovation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • AI Strategy Development: Lead the creation of the AI-powered ServiceNow GTM strategy by aligning with key business objectives and identifying target markets, personas, and opportunities for AI adoption within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and delivery teams to develop and execute on AI-driven initiatives. Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams to drive unified efforts.

  • Solution Positioning & Messaging: Define and refine AI-powered ServiceNow solution messaging, positioning, and value propositions for different industries and verticals. Develop content that resonates with decision-makers and influencers.

  • Go-to-Market Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of AI product launches and market penetration. Build and drive comprehensive launch plans, including pricing, sales enablement, and demand generation.

  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell AI-powered ServiceNow solutions. Provide ongoing support and strategic guidance to ensure sales success.

  • Market Analysis & Insights: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs related to AI and ServiceNow, and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Customer Engagement: Build relationships with key customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities to expand AI-driven solutions within their organizations.

  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs to track the success of AI GTM efforts and regularly report on progress to senior leadership. Use data and insights to optimize strategies for maximum impact.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Experience: 10+ years in a sales, marketing, or product leadership role focused on AI, with 5+ years in a ServiceNow partner ecosystem or related enterprise technology space.

  • Deep Understanding of AI: Proven experience with AI and automation technologies, ideally within the context of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM) on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Go-to-Market Expertise: Demonstrated success in developing and executing GTM strategies for AI-driven products or services, including product launches, sales enablement, and market positioning.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, inspire innovation, and drive consensus around a common vision.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and strategically about market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

  • Strong Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and use insights to refine strategies and tactics.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
