This is Adyen

For our teams, we create an environment with opportunities for our people to succeed, backed by the culture and support to ensure they are enabled to truly own their careers. We are motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team. Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.

Global Warehouse Strategy Manager, Warehousing & Logistics

Adyen's In-Person Payments solution combines our physical payment devices with our core processing platform. Supply Chain empowers customers to process seamlessly by delivering fully functioning hardware (payment terminals, cards, and related accessories) while unlocking value through metrics and insights to enhance and streamline operations.

We are seeking an experienced, high-impact Global Warehouse Strategy Manager to join our Warehousing & Logistics team in Singapore. In this strategic role, you will hold global end-to-end ownership for relationships with key external warehouse partners, lead high-stakes global supply chain projects, and act as the primary strategic nexus between HQ, regional teams (EMEA & APAC), and key internal business functions.

What you'll do

We operate in a high-growth environment that demands continuous optimization and improvement. With many opportunities for enhancement, we expect you to take initiative. Your main responsibility is to:

  • Global Partner Ownership & Governance: Serve as the global owner for relationships with key external warehouse partners. Lead performance reviews, track global metrics/SLAs, manage contracts changes, and oversee multi-region projects to ensure best-in-class service to merchants.
  • Cross-Functional & Market Needs Nexus: Function as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for commercial teams, Project Ops Managers, and Implementation Managers for the region. Systematically gather and aggregate regional market needs, channel feedback to HQ, and push standardized global process insights out to APAC and EMEA.
  • Regional Mentorship & Decision Guidance: Elevate regional individual contributors through structured upskilling to achieve operational maturity, while maintaining high autonomy in solving complex bottlenecks.
  • End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead and execute complex, cross-functional supply chain projects globally—ensuring seamless alignment, clear updates, and structured reporting to broader stakeholders across all business units.
  • Merchant-First Service Excellence: Continuously optimize warehousing network performance to maintain low transit times, optimize order fulfillment costs, and ensure compliance (PCI, local regulatory) without compromising merchant experience.

Who you are

  • 8 to 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with expertise in warehousing and operations management.
  • Demonstrated background in direct or functional people management, mentoring team members, and driving alignment across distributed global teams.
  • Proven track record of running end-to-end global supply chain initiatives on a global scale with superior communication skills and cross-functional execution.
  • Strong self-starter and problem-solver with the ability to create and execute actionable plans.
  • Collaborative communicator who aligns with diverse internal teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and KPIs monitoring.
  • Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about leveraging modern technology in supply chain operations.
  • Deep familiarity with APAC and EMEA operational environments.
  • Possess a global mindset, comfortable working across time zones and cultures.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
