About the job

We are seeking a Global Partner Marketing Programs Manager to lead our With and Through go-to-market strategy across our global partner ecosystem (GSIs, MSPs, Channel, Tech Alliances, and CSPs).

In this role, you will serve as a principal pipeline driver for global partner marketing by architecting and scaling high-impact Global Pipeline Plays, Joint Account Activation campaigns, and executive engagement platforms—including Partner Advisory Boards and C-level roundtables—across our partner ecosystem. By engineering repeatable, programmatic GTM models that regional teams can seamlessly adapt, you will directly accelerate account activation, expand global co-sell revenue, and maximize overall partner marketing ROI, moving beyond tactical event execution.

Responsibilities

  • Joint Demand Generation & Global Pipeline Plays: Own the development and rollout of global With/Through-Partner programs including GTM kits and demand-generation campaigns that partners can easily execute to drive Wiz pipeline.
  • Cross-Functional Solution Messaging: Partner with Product Marketing, Field Global Programs, and Partner Sales to build compelling joint solution messaging, campaign/event-in-a-box kits, and customer-facing assessments/workshops that partners and partner marketers can execute.
  • GTM Play Optimization: Continuously optimize GTM plays by tracking partner usage, partner pipeline metrics, and ROI to scale high-performing programs globally.
  • Account Activation & ABM Co-Marketing: Lead Account Activation strategies in close alignment with Regional Partner Marketers and Partner Managers, leveraging partner relationships to unlock target accounts.
  • Targeted Account Campaigns: Design and deploy targeted ABM programs, joint executive briefings, and account-mapped campaigns that drive and accelerate pipeline.
  • Process Standardization: Standardize programs (kits, campaigns) to ensure a consistent, sophisticated "Wiz" brand experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Build scalable repeatable processes to ensure a predictable demand gen engine.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
