LastPass is looking for a Global Partner Marketing Manager:

In this senior role, you will lead partner marketing across NA, EMEA and APAC. You will grow revenue through strategic campaigns and cross-functional collaboration — helping LastPass deliver on its mission to give everyone seamless access to everything they need to work, move fast, and stay protected.

About the team:

At LastPass, we are a channel-first organisation — this team sits at the heart of our go-to-market execution across NA, EMA and APAC. You will bring deep partner marketing expertise to a high-trust environment, contribute bold ideas, and work alongside colleagues who live by radical candor and a genuine winning-together mindset.

If you are passionate about complex problem solving and motivated by scale, then this is the role for you!

Please note: While this position is remote, we have a preference for candidates based on the East Coast to ensure alignment with business needs and collaboration with key stakeholders during core working hours.

Who will you work with?

You will report to the Global VP of Channel Sales and collaborate closely with regional partner sales teams to align strategy and execution. Across functions, you will partner with partner success, corporate marketing, and product marketing — working together to develop and deliver plans that strengthen LastPass's position across its strategic partner ecosystem.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Develop and execute a regional partner marketing strategy that grows incremental partner programme revenue through innovative channel marketing activities
  • Build and refine strategic account plans for key partners in NA, EMEA and APAC, translating partner goals into actionable marketing tactics
  • Create, localise, and deliver campaigns and content that enable partners to market and sell LastPass effectively to their customers
  • Design and execute partner recruitment campaigns that expand LastPass's channel ecosystem across the region
  • Produce and curate multi-format content — including webinars, blogs, social, newsletters, emails, and event assets — that supports programme goals and partner engagement
  • Track budget ROI, measure campaign effectiveness, and report results against established targets — using data insights to recommend programme adjustments that improve performance
  • Represent LastPass at regional trade shows and partner events, building relationships that strengthen the partner community

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Proven experience in partner or channel marketing within a SaaS organisation, with a track record of driving revenue growth through strategic marketing programmes; security industry experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns — including digital, events, content, and co-marketing — with measurable impact
  • Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally across sales, product, and corporate marketing teams to align strategy and deliver joint go-to-market plans
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse campaign performance, report on ROI, and translate data insights into actionable programme improvements
  • Comfortable with regular regional travel, including up to 25% travel within the territory to support partner events, trade shows, and business objectives
  • Recognised internally as a self-starter who operates with a growth mindset, contributing to a high-performing team while building partner mindshare independently
  • Known for excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills — clear, confident, and effective at building long-term partner relationships and guiding partners toward shared outcomes

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
