As the Global Influencer Manager for 2XKO (Influencer Manager II), you will work closely with Community and Publishing teams to execute influencer campaigns for Riot’s upcoming fighting game, 2XKO. You’ll coordinate with regional teams to support digital and in-person activations, manage campaign rollout logistics, and ensure alignment with our global goals. You’ll help operationalize plans, share best practices, and provide day-to-day support to regional influencer teams to ensure smooth execution and consistent player-first messaging.
The Global Influencer Manager will report to the 2XKO Editor-in-Chief. 

Responsibilities:
  • Execute global influencer campaigns for 2XKO and serve as the day-to-day operational partner for regional influencer teams, supporting execution, sharing updates, and resolving blockers.
  • Partner with Community, Brand, Creative, Social, and PR teams to champion player-first ideas and support the execution of globally integrated campaigns and strategies with global impact
  • Monitor and report on influencer campaign performance, surfacing insights and learnings to help improve future executions and support broader campaign goals.
  • Coordinate the contracting and onboarding process for FGC influencers and creators in partnership with Riot’s internal teams and vendors, ensuring timely setup and support across campaign touchpoints.
  • Partner with the Influencer Strategist to represent influencer efforts in regular syncs with Riot’s Dev and Product teams, helping ensure campaign consistency and alignment across global and regional execution.
  • Act as a point-of-contact for creators, supporting day-to-day communications across streaming networks, platforms, social media and community discussions; resolve issues related to content, product knowledge, and publishing needs. 
  • Help strengthen relationships between creators, the fighting game community, and 2XKO
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience working within Influencer or Creator Marketing teams, including working directly with creators
  • Knowledge of creator needs and pain points, including both with developing content and with the creator life cycle at all points in their journey
  • Experience coordinating & executing projects based off defined strategies
  • Understanding of best practices across social platforms and services in relation to influencer strategies (including X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch, and YouTube)
  • A network of influencer relationships, which includes experience working directly with FGC creators, streamers and talent agencies
  • Strong familiarity with the FGC (fighting game community)
Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Riot IP, inclusive of games, music, and entertainment
  • Experience supporting the rollout of influencer campaigns in North America, with additional coordination alongside regional teams globally 
  • Experience working with agencies and vendors
  • Experience with Games as a Service model titles
  • Knowledge of the creators developing content within Riot Games' IPs, with a strong focus on North America and awareness of key voices in other regions
  • Understanding of developer and creator collaborations
