As the Global Head of Marketing, you will lead the company’s marketing strategy across multiple continents, including Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia.
You must have a true passion for marketing and a drive to scale it globally. In this role, you will oversee and guide a cross-functional marketing team, bringing together experts from PR, Content, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Brand, and more to deliver impactful, coordinated strategies worldwide.

• Set and Lead Strategy: Define and drive the global marketing vision to grow market share, elevate the brand, and meet business objectives.
• Oversee Go-to-Market (GTM): Design and execute hybrid GTM plans combining Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Enterprise Sales.
• Integrate AI: Leverage AI tools for better targeting, personalization, and marketing efficiency.
• Lead Growth Marketing: Direct data-driven campaigns focused on customer acquisition and performance optimization.
• Drive Content Strategy: Oversee creation of compelling messaging and thought leadership that strengthens the brand.
• Manage Brand, Design, and PR: Ensure consistent visual identity and strong public presence across all touchpoints.
• Run Global Campaigns: Coordinate multi-region campaigns aligned with key offerings and partnerships.
• Build and Empower Teams: Hire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across growth, content, design, and brand.
• Monitor Performance: Track KPIs, analyze results, and share insights to improve marketing impact.
• Manage Budgets: Oversee global marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strong ROI.
🟣 Skills you need
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Fluent in English; advanced Spanish or another European language is a plus.
• 10+ years in B2B marketing, with experience in tech or fintech, especially working with complex SaaS products.
• Proven experience building and leading global, cross-functional marketing teams across PR, Content, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Brand, and more — plus a strong track record in designing hybrid go-to-market strategies (PLG + Enterprise Sales) and applying AI tools to improve marketing performance.
