Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Head of Digital Marketing and Growth to own and drive our digital growth engine. This role is pivotal in scaling our pipeline and revenue generation efforts, with a strong focus on paid advertising, SEO, email, and website performance. You’ll bring deep expertise in B2B marketing and be both strategic and operational—ready to roll up your sleeves and execute while leading a growing team.

Qualifications

  • Performance Marketing Leadership: Own strategy and execution for all paid digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, retargeting, etc.) with a laser focus on customer acquisition and ROI.
  • Revenue Ownership: Be accountable for driving pipeline and revenue from digital channels.
  • Marketing Operations & Attribution: Ensure robust tracking and reporting is in place across all channels, through collaboration with the operations team. Own marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and campaign reporting to drive data-led decisions.
  • SEO & Website: Oversee SEO strategy and manage website performance (traffic, engagement, conversion), ensuring continuous optimization.
  • Email Marketing: Manage nurture, reactivation, and retention campaigns to maximize lifecycle value.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing digital team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, product, and content teams to align messaging and conversion paths.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B digital marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role, background in fintech not essential but nice to have
  • Proven track record of driving revenue via digital campaigns in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations and experience ensuring effective data tracking, campaign tagging, and performance reporting.
  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Hands-on and performance-driven: you know what good looks like, and how to make it happen.
  • Experience managing and growing a team.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills
