The Field Marketing Manager at Level Access plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales and marketing teams, ensuring a seamless alignment that drives revenue growth. This position is pivotal in generating high-quality interactions that convert into substantial revenue through strategic planning and execution. The role demands a strong focus on data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and achieve measurable results. In this role, the Field Marketing Manager, will report to the Director of Field Marketing!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower Sales Teams: Collaborate closely with a global sales team to create events, content and programs that help start meaningful conversations and to keep those discussions moving forward.
  • Create Impactful Events: Plan, coordinate and execute virtual and in-person events tailored to specific segments and personas that captivate and engage high-value prospects and customers.
  • Boost Demand Generation: Leverage and amplify our demand gen efforts to strategically target and engage our focus accounts.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key indicators like cost per lead, return on investment, pipeline performance, win rates and revenue
  • Operational Excellence: Work cross functionally across teams to manage budgets, build communication plans, develop content, and effectively run programs
  • Leverage Marketing Technology: Utilize CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools to streamline processes, own leads end-to-end, and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Post-Event Lead/Campaign Nurture: Experience with post-event lead/campaign nurture to ensure continuous engagement and conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in events, field marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong grasp of customer behavior and segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Multi-tasker with outstanding organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with an interest in data-driven decision making.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the year.
