Your New Role:

As a member of Warner Brothers Discovery's (WBD) Global Information and Content Security (GICS) team, the Global Content Security Operations Staff lead supports various risk management initiatives that enable the secure handling of WBD content globally. The position will focus on day-to-day oversight of WBD's Site Security program. They will partner closely with key business partners (production, post-production, VFX, and marketing) and other GICS departments to mitigate known threats to creative environments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of information security principles and production workflows and a successful client-service track record.
Your Role Accountabilities:
- Execute risk assessments of creative vendors possessing WBD pre-release IP by evaluating content workflows and associated content security controls.
- Proactively drive remediation and consulting engagements to secure content pipelines and/or production schedules.
- Facilitate cross-functional integration of Content and Information Security services (e.g., application and cloud security teams) for workflows associated with WBD pre-release IP.
- Foster and develop value-add relationships with the creative vendor community and WBD's post-production and marketing teams.
- Conduct assessments of various content workflows (e.g., localization, mastering, etc....) with an eye towards identifying and remediating associated risks.
- Serve as a champion of WBD's Information and Content Security Training & Awareness initiative; deliver campaigns supporting security policies as needed.
- Deliver reporting needs of the group through the meticulous inventory of key activities associated with job responsibilities.
- Partner on development of security requirements and architectures that address emerging threats.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- MS/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or relevant work experience.
- 6+ Years of experience in cybersecurity, vendor risk management, and/or content security.
- Working knowledge of network, storage, endpoint, cloud, and infrastructure security principles, frameworks, certifications (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001), and best practices.
- Fundamental understanding of security domains associated with MPA/TPN Best Practices with the ability to rationalize/articulate the need for such security requirements.
- Knowledge of terminology and processes associated with creative media production, licensing, and distribution (e.g., DI, editing, visual/audio effects, encoding, dubbing, etc.).
- Excellent communication and data visualization/reporting skills, including presenting complex topics in clear, non-technical language; outstanding analytical, writing, and oral presentation skills.
Not Required but preferred experience:
- Certification in one or more of the following preferred - CISA, CISM, CISSP or equivalent.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $95,550.00 - $177,450.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
