What you will do

  • Own community monitoring and listening across channels (Reddit, Discord, Facebook, social, forums), identifying key signals such as user pain points, feature requests, sentiment shifts, and competitor mentions

  • Design and improve scalable community operations systems, including workflows, tagging frameworks, escalation paths, and channel coverage models

  • Expand monitoring scope thoughtfully across new channels and surfaces, building processes that help us listen more broadly without losing quality

  • Translate community signals into clear insights and action items for Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

  • Drive community growth and engagement by identifying power users, shaping targeted programs, and improving the overall community experience


Skills, qualifications and experience we look for

  • 3–5 years of experience in community management, community operations, social listening, or related roles in fast-paced environments

  • Strong foundation in community strategy, including community growth, engagement, advocacy, and platform operations

  • Systems thinker who can move beyond day-to-day execution to design scalable processes, workflows, and operating models

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize community data into insights, recommendations, and next steps

  • AI mindset: comfortable using AI as a thinking partner and interested in applying automation to monitoring, listening, and workflow efficiency
