About the Role

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Global Business Process Owner, Logistics to design, standardize, and improve cross-functional logistics processes and system capabilities across the end-to-end network. This role sits within the Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation team and operates as a process architect, transformation lead, and cross-functional business partner to Global Logistics (GLO) and adjacent teams.

You will partner across GLO, Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, IT, Finance, Procurement, and external partners to improve how CoreWeave moves, receives, stores, tracks, and deploys infrastructure globally. You’ll move seamlessly from strategy to execution: defining future-state processes, shaping system requirements, aligning stakeholders, and helping teams adopt new ways of working.

This is an opportunity to help build the logistics backbone for one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies in the world, working on high-impact problems at the intersection of supply chain, technology, operations, and strategy.

What You’ll Do

Business Process Leadership

  • Partner with GLO functional leaders to design, standardize, and improve end-to-end logistics processes across transportation, receiving, warehouse management, inventory movement, fulfillment, and logistics network operations, while functional ownership and operational execution remain with the respective GLO leaders.
  • Define future-state processes, operating models, governance, and KPIs that improve speed, scalability, visibility, accuracy, and compliance.

Subject Matter Expertise

  • Serve as a cross-functional process transformation lead with strong logistics and systems knowledge, supporting GLO leaders across warehouse management, transportation, inventory control, 3PL operations, logistics visibility, and fulfillment.
  • Bring external best practices and industry perspectives to help CoreWeave build scalable, modern logistics capabilities.

Process & Systems Transformation

  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from current-state assessment through future-state design, business requirements, implementation support, and adoption planning in partnership with GLO, IT, and external partners.
  • Support evaluation and implementation of logistics systems, including WMS, TMS, ERP integrations, visibility platforms, 3PL integrations, and operational reporting.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with business, technology, operations, finance, and external partners to align process design with business needs and system capabilities.
  • Lead workshops, drive decisions, and translate complex logistics and systems topics into clear recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.

Change Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and operating rhythms across teams and regions through structured change management, training content, and governance routines.
  • Use data, KPIs, and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities and measure business impact.

Risk & Compliance

  • Support the design and standardization of process controls that improve inventory accuracy, receiving discipline, auditability, and operational compliance.
  • Identify risks across logistics processes, systems, and partner handoffs, and help design scalable mitigations.

  • Strong understanding of logistics systems such as WMS, TMS, ERP, transportation visibility tools, 3PL systems, or related technologies.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze complex processes, and translate business needs into practical process and systems solutions.
  • Experience developing process flows, business requirements, governance models, KPIs, operating rhythms, or implementation plans.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
