The Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) Global Leadership Development Program (GLDP) is a 2-year program, consisting of 3 cross-functional rotations designed for you to gain foundational business knowledge through hands-on, meaningful experiences. During the program, you will learn end to end supply chain management to ensure optimal customer product deployment through 3 key approaches: planning, sourcing, and delivery. From stake holder relationship management and completing supply assessments, to building project management skills – GLDP’s in this track learn to manage a resilient and elastic supply and demand cycle.

GLDP candidates will lead an intensive project during each rotation to make an immediate, long-lasting impact on the business. The project will allow you to build on your technical and interpersonal skills by providing you with significant responsibility as well as exposure to experienced business leaders, mentors, and subject matter experts. Following successful completion of the program, you will be eligible to be placed in a role within one of the many functions across ASP.

We recruit for the best candidates who have demonstrated leadership and have desire to grow in a high-energy, collaborative environment. You will learn how the Fortive Business System is used to shape strategy, focus execution, align our people, and create value for patients and customers around the world. Come join our winning team and support us in our mission to protect patients during their most critical moments!

This is an entry-level rotational position starting in August 2027.

Qualifications:

· GPA: 3.5 of 4.0 (preferred)

· Majors: Supply Chain Management, Technology and Operations, Operations and Logistics, Supply and Logistics, and other related majors.

· We win by getting the right things done and doing what we say we’ll do. Successful candidates set high expectations for themselves and drive results, even in the most difficult circumstances.

· We operate under a culture of continuous improvement; we expect individuals to tackle challenging problems, think strategically, and achieve results despite setbacks.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
