Job Description:


This is a remote position.

What will you do?


Respond to Customer requests (by phone, email)

Examine and resolve customer service issues

Addressing customer complaints in a professional and courteous

manner

Ø Communicating changes, updates, delays, or complications with

customers

Process orders and resolve payment, refund, and billing issues

Develop and execute sales campaigns using various sales tactics and

focused messaging

Establish and leverage strategies with existing partners to gain market

share

Work in a consultative manner to ensure expectations and success are

achieved

Achieve performance metrics and consistently hit quota

Ensure all business processes and policies are followed with precision,

including but not limited to systems use, sales methodology,

communication standards, etc.

Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant

teams.

Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision-makers,

build quick rapport, assess needs and close the sale

Own individual and team revenue quota for hardware and software

products


Desired Attributes for success:


o Preferably 1-year sales, relationship management, customer

experience, or other transferable, experience with 2 years

preferred.

o Fluent in German and English Language C1 or Native level in

both language.

o Achieve success in a quota-driven, client-focused team sales

environment.

o Communicate effectively, written and verbally, with accounts,

customers, and management.

o Adapt to change, learn quickly, and perform with strong business

acumen.

· Must have HD monitor

· Must have at least 8GB RAM

· I5 / Ryzen 5 or equivalent processors

· Noise Cancelling Headset

· Stable internet connection with at least 20Mbps (must provide

screenshot of speed test)
