Job Description

The desired candidate will be a vital part of the Global IT team with a proven track record of designing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to address challenges and opportunities within the Oracle EBS suite of applications. A person who is passionate about improving business processes, and helping our business partners envision the future & how we enable it. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, the enterprise architecture team, and other IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with strategic business objectives. This candidate will drive major transformation programs and create the path to migrate to Fusion cloud.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the enterprise architecture team to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across Oracle EBS, CPQ, and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

  • Lead the technical delivery of projects, ensuring seamless coordination between disparate IT teams and external vendors to maintain a cohesive digital ecosystem.

  • Drive the end-to-end technical lifecycle including architecture, validation, and deployment of Fusion Cloud modules to maintain a unified digital ecosystem

  • Learn and evaluate new Oracle products and features in Fusion Cloud

  • Work with Product Owners and Business System Analysts to develop a strategic vision and product roadmap to migrate Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud. 

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and offer guidance to the PO and business stakeholders

  • Proficiency in utilizing Agile Scrum frameworks to drive the delivery of high-impact projects and system improvements.

  • Coordinate closely with external vendors and internal business leads to ensure successful implementation, ongoing operations, and alignment of project deliverables.

  • Guide the team in improving standard procedures for development, CI/CD, and managing a high-performing and scalable Oracle EBS/CPQ instance.

  • Lead and inspire your team to foster an agile and innovative culture.

  • Communicate risk/issues to leadership and recommend solutions.

Target Base Salary Range: $150,000 USD - $170,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Note: The candidate can be located anywhere in the US.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor degree with 8+ years of professional work experience in IT
  • AND 5+ years of experience leading Oracle EBS projects 
  • AND 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion migration projects
