Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Vacation Planning Support Representative to assist clients with researching, coordinating, and organizing travel experiences. This fully remote role supports the vacation planning process from initial inquiry through confirmed reservations.
This is an entry-level opportunity. No prior travel industry experience is required. Structured training and ongoing mentorship are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with researching destinations, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages
Provide support during the reservation and confirmation process
Communicate clearly with clients regarding travel details, timelines, and requirements
Review booking information to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized records of client preferences and itineraries
Provide follow-up support before and after travel
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using online systems and digital platforms
Organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting
Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is beneficial but not required
