Position Overview:
We are currently seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our team in a fully remote Travel Customer Support role. This position focuses on assisting clients with vacation research, reservations coordination, and general travel inquiries.
No prior travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training and ongoing guidance are provided to ensure you feel confident and supported in your role.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries regarding vacation options and travel details
Assist with booking support for flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
Provide clear communication before, during, and after travel
