About NexHealth

We’re on a mission to solve one of healthcare’s biggest challenges: access to fresh, real-time patient data. Without this, innovation in healthcare is stuck—and we’re here to change that.

At NexHealth, we provide the infrastructure health-tech companies use to build amazing healthcare products. We also offer a Patient Experience platform that helps doctors fully digitize and automate their workflows, creating better experiences for patients and providers alike.

Our ultimate vision? Make healthcare as modern and consumer-friendly as your favorite apps. As an example, we have Credit Karma or Robinhood for our personal finance. But what about our health? NexHealth will change this.

Here’s what we’ve accomplished so far:

  • 9K+ practices use NexHealth
  • 75 million patient records benefit from our platform
  • We’ve raised over $175M and are growing faster than any of our competitors

With a massive market (20% of GDP) and customers who love our product, we’re seeing growth rate accelerate in 2025.

Talent at NexHealth

It’s a very exciting time to be on the Talent Team at NexHealth. Come help us build teams to reach new levels of scale and impact on one of healthcare’s biggest challenges!

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with technical leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
  • Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy
  • Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence
  • Proactively manage the entire lifecycle of the candidate from source to close while providing an exceptional white-glove experience for each candidate and hiring manager
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment including in house experience
  • A passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Proven abilities to attract passive top 1% talent senior candidates
  • An active and data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient
  • A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change (at a fast-growing startup, they often do)
  • An interest in working in a cross-functional and fluid environment and the ability to learn quickly

NexHealth Values

  • Solve the customer’s problems, not yours
When making decisions, think from the perspective of the customer. It’s easy to make decisions that make our lives simpler, but not the customers.
  • Do the things others are not willing to do
As a Nexer, always go after the hardest problems. Pursue things at the highest quality. Move at the fastest pace.
  • Take ownership
Act like a founder. Own your roles, destinies, mistakes, behavior, and our mission. The buck stops with each of us - no blaming or excuses.
  • Say what’s on your mind, with positive intent
Be direct, proactive, transparent, and frequent in your communication.
  • Default trust
As a Nexer, you do not have to earn trust, trust is given to you by default. If we by default trust each other, our speed of communication, feedback, information sharing, and overall improvements will be a lot faster.
  • Think in first principles
We first identify the problem and then break it down to its fundamentals before diving into solutions. We constantly ask “why” to validate our assumptions.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary plus equity
  • Commuter benefits
  • 401K
  • Full Medical, Dental and Vision
  • Unlimited PTO

We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status or disability status. We will provide reasonable accommodation to individuals with disabilities to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
