Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth working of a team of software engineers.
- Complete software projects on time and within initial requirements.
- Conduct interviews and screening calls of potential future team members.
- Communicate well with adjacent team members and team leads (QA, Design, Product)
- Perform software engineer duties when time allows and stay current with relevant technological advancements.
- Make architectural decisions for enterprise applications and advise other software engineers on planning and architecture.
Required experience and qualifications
- JavaScript HTML CSS (5 years)
- Interviewing potential candidates for the team
- Experience working on enterprise software projects.
- Architecting web services and web applications
- Understanding and implementation of the software development lifecycle
- 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Desired skills and experience
- TypeScript
- Vue.js or similar framework
- Customer facing communication experience.
