We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team. The Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, playing a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, direct them to appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for staff and management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
