Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join the Revelyst Golf & Technology platform team.

Revelyst Golf Technologies | [Carlsbad, CA Full-Time | On-Site

Revelyst Golf Technologies is home to a portfolio of leading golf brands, delivering innovative equipment, technology, and experiences to golfers at every level. Our new state-of-the-art facility features premium indoor golf simulators and serves as a destination for high-net-worth individuals, tour professionals, and business partners. This is not a typical office experience.

We’re looking for a polished, personable, and golf-savvy Front Desk Coordinator to be the first face our guests see and the first voice they hear. This role is the operational heartbeat of our front office — managing a high volume of incoming calls, keeping the office running smoothly, and ensuring every visitor and caller feels genuinely taken care of. If you’re organized, people-oriented, and know your way around a golf conversation, this is the role for you.

As a Front Dest Coordinator you will have the opportunity to:

  • Guest & Client Experience
    • Welcome all visitors — current and future customers, partners, vendors and VIPs — with a professional, energetic, and personalized greeting
    • Manage the flow of the reception area, ensuring the space always reflects the premium standard of the Revelyst brand
    • Anticipate guest needs, from beverage preferences to simulator setup, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience
  • Incoming Calls & Communications
    • Handle approximately 100 incoming calls per day spanning sales inquiries, general questions, and internal employee forwarding — all with professionalism and a friendly tone
    • Qualify and route inbound leads from potential customers to the appropriate sales representative accurately and promptly
    • Monitor and respond to front desk email and general inquiries in a timely manner
  • Mail & Administrative Support - Collect, sort, and distribute daily mail; identify and route incoming checks to the correct business group –
    • Order and manage office supplies inventory, ensuring the office is always stocked and running smoothly –
    • Coordinate visitor logistics, including parking, badges, and hospitality
    • Assist leadership with scheduling and ad hoc administrative needs as they arise

You have:

  • Golf Knowledge –
    • Genuine passion for the game of golf so you can hold a real conversation
    • Familiarity with golf equipment, brands, formats, and culture is a strong plus
    • Comfort in an environment where golf is the business and the lifestyle
  • Personality & Presence
    • Naturally outgoing, warm, and confident.
    • Polished appearance and professional demeanor befitting a luxury environment.
    • High emotional intelligence; you read people well and adapt your approach accordingly
  • Hospitality Mindset
    • You understand that every interaction — a phone call, a greeting, a cup of coffee shapes how someone feels about the company.
    • Naturally curious about people; you ask good questions and remember the answers –
    • Proactive rather than reactive — you anticipate what guests need before they have to ask
  • Skills & Experience
    • 2+ years in a front desk, hospitality, client services, or sales support role
    • Experience in a premium, high-touch environment preferred (luxury hospitality, golf club, sports/lifestyle brand, high-end retail)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning CRM or scheduling platforms
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities with grace under pressure

Pay Range:

Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $26.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

We offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including: medical and dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K, PTO, paid holidays, gear discounts and the ability to add value to an exciting mission!

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
