Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests, check them in and out, and respond to inquiries.
- Reservations: Manage bookings and room availability.
- Communication: Handle phone calls and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0–2 years in hospitality or customer service preferred.
