Who We Are

We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand and influence fan behavior — from how fans spend their money and the events they attend to the content they consume and the channels they engage with. We turn these insights into strategies and solutions that help our clients grow their audiences and drive both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business revenue.

Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, Visa, the NFL, Nike, and Amazon. With nearly 1,000 people across 14 offices, we partner with sports and entertainment organizations of all shapes and sizes around the world.

The Opportunity

We're always looking to connect with talented freelance professionals who are passionate about sports, entertainment, and delivering impactful work.

As our business continues to grow, we're building a network of freelancers who can bring specialized expertise, fresh perspectives, and hands-on support to a variety of client and internal projects across our global business.

Opportunities may span a range of disciplines, including:

  • Commercial Strategy & Consulting: Commercial strategy, sponsorship, partnerships, business development, revenue growth, and strategic advisory.
  • Fan Research & Insights: Fan research, audience segmentation, consumer behavior, market research, survey design and execution, data collection, and insights development.
  • Marketing & Paid Media: Paid media strategy, media planning and buying, digital marketing, campaign execution, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Creative & Content: Graphic design, video production, editing, social media, creative development, and content production.
  • Data & Analytics: Business intelligence, data analysis, performance measurement, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Technology & Product: Product management, software development, data engineering, and technical delivery.
  • Project Management & Operations: Project coordination, operational support, process improvement, and specialist project delivery.
What We're Looking For

We're interested in connecting with proactive, collaborative professionals who bring expertise in their respective fields and can hit the ground running.

Depending on the opportunity, we're looking for individuals who can:

  • Bring relevant experience and specialized skills to support client and internal projects.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted partner, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with client expectations and business objectives.
  • Manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
  • Take ownership of their responsibilities and contribute to meaningful business outcomes.
  • Bring fresh ideas, creative thinking, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Adapt to different project scopes, timelines, and client needs.

Experience within the sports and entertainment industry is a plus, but not required for every opportunity.

Engagement Details

Freelance opportunities will vary based on business and client needs. Engagements may be short-term, long-term, part-time, or project-based, with specific responsibilities, timelines, and working arrangements determined by each opportunity.

We welcome interest from freelancers across different experience levels and specializations, whether your expertise lies in strategic consulting, research and analytics, marketing, creative execution, technology, or operational support.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
