Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data collection and analysis to support internal reports and presentations

  • Analyze budget vs. actual results, identifying major variances and trends

  • Prepare monthly financial summaries including P&L and key performance indicators

  • Assist in the creation of presentation materials for monthly business reviews and HQ reporting

  • Collaborate on internal projects, including new business initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics or related field

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Finance or FP&A

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP or other ERP experience is a plus

  • Ability to read and interpret P&L and financial statements

  • Solid analytical skills and strong numerical reasonings

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Bilingual in English and Korean required

The base salary for this position is between $27.00/hr - $33.00/hr. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
