MikMak is hiring a FP&A Manager to join our globally distributed company.

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Manager to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial visibility, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to optimize company performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to take on greater ownership and help shape the future of a high-growth business.

A successful candidate is passionate about contributing to a growth SaaS company, providing an optimal experience for customers and internal stakeholders, and making an impact in the eCommerce space. This role reports directly to our CFO. Please note the working hours are 10am-6pmET.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, including P&L, headcount, and cash flow planning
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term planning, scenario analysis, and business case evaluations
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), variance drivers, and financial trends to provide actionable insights
  • Partner with business leaders across departments to support strategic initiatives, cost optimization, and resource allocation
  • Own and improve monthly reporting packages, dashboards, and board-level deliverables
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects, including M&A, fundraising, or pricing strategy
    Help implement and refine financial systems, tools, and processes for scale and efficiency

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with tools like Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableu, or Looker a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environments
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a solutions-oriented approach
