The Role
We're hiring a FP&A Manager to lead key processes and initiatives focused on customer analytics, reporting, insights, and forecasting. This role combines strategic insight and operational excellence to support high-impact analysis, pricing strategies, and data-driven forecasting across revenue-critical functions. You will own financial models, lead cross-functional analytics projects, manage financial operations like invoice operations, and build scalable reporting and business intelligence workflows. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director, FP&A.

You will own financial models, lead cross-functional analytics projects, manage financial operations like invoice operations, and build scalable reporting and business intelligence workflows. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director, FP&A.
What You'll Do:
- Build and lead customer-facing forecasting models and deliverables
- Build and maintain executive reporting dashboards and health trackers
- Drive proactive scenario analysis and pricing-related insights
- Oversee invoice forecasting and reconciliation workflows
- Lead development of analytics tools (e.g., trend monitors, proactive reports)
- Partner cross-functionally with customer-facing teams
- Coach and mentor analysts while improving reporting and analytics systems
- Design anomaly detection, support business health alerts, and communicate risk/upsides
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in FP&A, analytics, or business intelligence roles at a B2B company in a tech or tech-enabled business
- Expertise in visualizing data, forming business narratives, and distilling complex data into actionable insights
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with senior leaders of corporate functions
- Proven experience with SQL, Tableau, reporting automation, dashboard creation, and financial models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High accountability in high-volume data environments
- Must have maturity to handle extremely sensitive and confidential information
- Experience in performance marketing or advertising analytics is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
