Join a sub-one-year-old startup as a core team member building the intelligence layer for the physical world. You will work directly with experienced founders to replace manual processes in infrastructure and manufacturing with deep learning. This high-impact role spans operations, data pipelines, customer success, and product development in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

• Manage end-to-end data operations and labeling pipelines to fuel deep learning models across visual and sensor data.

• Lead customer deployments and manage top-of-funnel outreach to engage with some of the world's largest industrial companies.

• Bridge the gap between technical specs and customer needs to shape the product roadmap and operational infrastructure.

The ideal candidate:

• A high-horsepower generalist with 0–3 years of experience in management consulting, startup operations, or engineering.

• Possesses a science, engineering, or quantitative background with the ability to navigate technical problems or basic code.

• Demonstrates extreme hunger and initiative, thriving in ambiguous environments where they can own outcomes rather than specific lanes.
