Job Description

As a Ford Focus Audience Strategist, you will act as an accountability partner in shaping dealers’ engagement with the Hispanic community. Your primary responsibility will be the development and implementation of integrated marketing initiatives that effectively resonate with Hispanic consumers. Key objectives will be driving vehicle sales and increasing brand loyalty. This position requires expertise in automotive marketing, as well as a deep understanding of Hispanic culture, values, and consumer behaviors. In this role, you will collaborate with Ford dealerships to help them understand consumer demographics and localities to create targeted advertising. You will act as a liaison to the leadership team, ensuring they understand the benefits of their investment in multicultural marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountability Partner: Provide action plans, reports, and insights to stakeholders (Ford/MSX), encouraging dealer commitment and follow-through.
  • KPI Accountability: Responsible for meeting and exceeding Ford/MSX KPIs, ensuring all performance targets are achieved while driving consistent growth and operational excellence.
  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Ford and dealers’ objectives and resonate with Hispanic consumers.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including community events, digital, and traditional media.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators.
  • Market Trends: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to ensure strategies remain relevant and effective.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders and sales teams, making sure strategies align with business goals.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within multicultural segments, building partnerships with digital media platforms and community organizations.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, assuring they are culturally relevant and reaching target audiences.
  • Consultation: Provide expert advice and consultation on best practices for multicultural marketing within the automotive industry to Ford, Dealers and MSX.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluent Spanish speaker
  • Experience working with a large Dealer group and/or dealership personnel at all levels including Dealer Principal/General Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Consultant and F&I
  • Knowledge and understanding of various dealership processes and environments
  • Ability to set clear, measurable goals and maintain dealer accountability through regular progress tracking
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of success in multicultural marketing
  • Marketing/advertising budget planning
  • Proficient with Excel (pivot and data interpretation) and Power Point
  • Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing and business development in the automotive industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • Experience with lead generation and omnichannel strategy
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping
  • Experience with BDC, internet, and e-commerce

Ability to travel within the assigned Market Area – weekly, Overnight Travel – Up to 80%

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At MSXi, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115k to $140k based on current experience.
