Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute go-to-market strategies aimed at attracting and engaging customers for Rovo. Your deep understanding of the challenges companies can solve with AI will enable you to craft compelling messaging, produce engaging content, and deliver comprehensive marketing campaigns that speak directly to audiences who can find value with AI from Atlassian. In addition to supporting Rovo directly, you will also represent AI within Atlassian's broader portfolio and brand strategy.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $175,500 - $229,125
Zone B: $158,400 - $206,800
Zone C: $145,800 - $190,350
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

- Messaging and Positioning: Develop and refine messaging that clearly communicates Rovo's value to Atlassian customers and prospective customers. Ensure that this messaging is consistent across channels (ads, web, events, AR, etc.) and integrated deeply throughout the Atlassian portfolio, including solutions for service, operations, software, and business teams.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies aimed at acquiring and engaging customers. This includes identifying key market opportunities, defining target segments, and creating tailored marketing initiatives to drive adoption and growth within the developer community.
- Paid Campaigns: Partner with demand generation and performance marketing teams to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns to drive product awareness and acquisition of our target audiences.
- Content Development: Drive effective content development that supports both discovery and adoption of Rovo. This includes everything from SEO content, to product guides, use cases, event talk tracks, and more.
- Market & Competitive Research: Continuously monitor the market, competitors, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, design, and engineering to align marketing efforts with product roadmaps and business goals.
- Customer Advocacy: Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and community influencers. Leverage these relationships to create compelling customer stories and testimonials.
About you
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in product marketing, with a strong focus on AI or technical products and audiences.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI tools and strong learning agility.
- Communication Skills: Strong storyteller with exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for technical audiences.
- Content Development: Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement and adoption.
- Market Analysis: Experience with competitive analysis and market research in knowledge management, AI, and/or project management space.
- Influence: Cross-functional aptitude with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver on a shared vision and goals.
