We are seeking a Financial Reporting Supervisor to oversee a team of five staff in the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Accounting department.
What You’ll Do:
You will be responsible for month-end close reporting, including (1) accuracy and timeliness of monthly internal financial statements (2) reviewing journal entries (3) expense analysis research and (4) leading or assisting in efforts to resolve issues/discrepancies identified.
You’ll review balance sheet account reconciliations timely and thoroughly, ensuring the activity and balance align with expected results. Investigate and resolve reconciling items timely.
Perform mentoring, coaching, training, and performance management with direct reports. Establish and clearly communicate expectations and goals.
You’ll follow and implement proper internal controls and assist in internal and external auditor requests.
You will identify and implement process improvements, including (but not limited to) automation of team tasks and re-allocation of staff work to promote work balance, cross-training, and efficiency.
You will work cross-functionally with other departments to gain understanding of business and data processes.
Complete ad-hoc projects/tasks, as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
To thrive in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and at least five years of progressive and relevant accounting experience, including general ledger accounting.
Prior financial statement preparation experience required.
Prior supervisory experience required.
CPA or CPA-candidate preferred (not required).
Ability to multi-task with various competing deadlines and work in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to lead, train, develop, and performance manage team members.
Ability to work with all levels of employees and management.
Professional oral and written communication skills required.
Proficient with MS Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
Oracle and/or Hyperion HFM experience a plus.
Willing to work additional hours to meet deadlines, as needed.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$97,200.00 - $129,300.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
