POSITION DESCRIPTION: DrinkPAK is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support the company's financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions. This role will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting senior leadership with financial insights. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will report directly to the Manager of FP&A and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams.

TYPE: Full Time; Salaried / Exempt

LOCATION: The position is based at DrinkPAK's headquarters in Santa Clarita, California.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s financial models, forecasts, and business plans to support strategic initiatives.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with Accounting to reconcile financial data and analyze variances in revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities, cost efficiencies, and operational improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and lender reports.
  • Partner with IT to implement and optimize financial reporting tools and systems (Tableau, Power BI, SAP, or similar platforms).
  • Support capital spending review processes by modeling the financial impact of major business decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with Tableau, Power BI, SAP, or similar financial tools is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience in a high-growth, asset-heavy industry (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, or private equity-backed companies) is preferred.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Base Salary Compensation Range: $90,000 - $120,000
