Manage and review quality and production documentation for in-process and finished goods. Provide customer and internal documentation, support new product introductions, technical customer responses, and ensure regulatory/customer requirements are communicated and met. Onsite IT representative for a manufacturing facility providing hands-on user support, hardware/asset management, and site-level network administration. Troubleshoots infrastructure, deploys new hardware, documents tickets and issues, supports network/security best practices, and assists with project work to maintain high-availability systems and IT/OT environments.

Design, develop, program, and maintain industrial automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMIs). Troubleshoot and optimize high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment, manage automation projects, ensure safety and compliance, create documentation, provide training, and drive continuous improvement to increase reliability and efficiency.

Lead on-site plant engineering, continuous improvement, and multi-million dollar capital project portfolios. Drive reliability, throughput, commissioning readiness, documentation governance, contractor/vendor management, budgeting, root cause analysis, and cross-functional alignment to improve uptime, energy efficiency, and safety across multi-line beverage production.
