Summary:

The Financial Analyst will be a core member on the corporate FP&A team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to support financial analysis, reporting, and modeling. This role will partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to analyze financial performance, and provide actionable insights that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

· Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

· Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate revenue, margins, pricing, and profitability.

· Analyze monthly financial results and explain variances against budget, forecast, and prior year performance.

· Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams.

Commercial & Pricing Support

· Partner with Sales and Marketing teams on pricing performance and strategies.

· Analyze ROI from new product and marketing spend investments

· Support customer contract reviews and margin optimization initiatives.

Supply Chain & Operations Finance

· Collaborate with Operations and Procurement teams to analyze production costs, packaging expenses, freight costs, and inventory performance.

· Support cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiency projects.

· Monitor fruit sourcing costs and assess impacts on margins.

Reporting & Process Improvement

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

· Improve financial reporting tools, processes, and data accuracy.

· Assist with ERP, BI, and financial system enhancements.

· Support audit requests and ad hoc financial analyses as needed.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or economics

· 3 years of experience ideally in vestment banking, private equity (early stage) or corporate finance; nice to have experience in agri-business, food & beverages, investment management, or real estate

· Proven ability to work independently

· Basic understanding of GAAP accounting

· Competence in financial concepts such as IRR, NPV, and DCF modeling

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant technologies

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
