Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum or other frequency dictated by the business.
The Role
The CCA financial analyst partners with Customer Care and Aftersales Operations teams to support all activity which impacts CCA's Financial Statements for increased profitability and sustainable operations. Specifically, this role focuses on providing insightful and impactful analysis to finance leadership and business partners to drive successful fulfillment of invoicing activity; while also seeking to drive efficiencies and successful implementation of business process improvements. This role plays an active part of monthly closing process and requires prompt and accurate resolution of issues as they arise.
What You'll Do
The primary objective of this role is to oversee US Dealership invoicing activities and support with accounts receivable management when business partners need additional support. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Pricing and quantity discrepancy resolution
  • Consignment invoicing
  • US dealership deferred revenue reporting
  • Revenue recognition month end journal entries
  • Revenue testing support for financial audit
  • Chart of Accounts maintenance
  • Sales Tax Reporting
  • OEM customer accounts receivable management


Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related
  • 3+ years of experience within accounting or finance
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong business acumen

  • Prior experience working with accounts receivable, accounts payable, or corporate finance
  • Prior experience with KNIME
  • Master's degree in business, finance, or economics
  • CPA
  • Analytical ability to solution complex problems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and works independently with minimal guidance / supervision
  • Willingness to listen to various opinions / issues
