We’re a lean team so your impact will be felt immediately. The VP of Finance is responsible for all aspects of ClickUp’s financial health - from ensuring that we are compliant with all tax regulations, business obligations, and growth projections through forecasting and infrastructure planning.

The Role

The Vice President for Finance is responsible for providing executive level direction and management oversight for financial planning, budgeting and budget analysis, accounting and business operations, finance controls and reporting, risk management and insurance, space planning and construction, human resources management, purchasing and contracts. We expect you to:

The Role

• - Lead the budget process and the development of the annual operating budget.
• - Be responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of financial information to the CEO and the Board.
• - Produce financial forecasting, insightful performance reporting and analysis.
• - Build and maintain complex financial/valuation models.

Qualifications

• - At least 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or equivalent.
• - Experience working with reporting systems.
• - Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Efficient and creative problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and nuance.
• - Able to take ownership of fast-paced projects with rapidly shifting priorities, managing them through to completion with patience, flexibility, and passion.
• - SaaS and project management experience strongly preferred.
