What we are looking for… 

A skilled and highly motivated Transaction Coordinator to take point on managing transactions across our brokerage. You will bring passion for detail organization, desire to continue to expand your already large knowledge base of transactions across multiple state lines, and excitement to work with a team of talented vacation home-focused real estate professionals across the United States.

What you'll do...

  • Supervise all Avantstay administrative duties for transactions from contract to close across all Avantstay territories
  • Facilitate appointments with all needed vendors to make sure the right people get to the right place
  • Review transaction documents for accuracy 
  • Track all contingencies and contract due dates
  • Arrange events and paperwork regarding the closing process, including coordinating schedules for all team members involved in the transaction
  • You will assist in coordinating opening escrow, inspections, completion of repairs, addendums, and more
  • File documents for compliance and keep track of transaction activity
  • Manage upwards of 50 transactions at one time

What you will bring...

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years experience in managing real estate transactions with a deep understanding of the real estate process and compliance in multiple states; experience in a startup environment a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, timelines, and projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An entrepreneurial and self starter attitude 
  • Excellent organizational skills; highly detail oriented Experience in Skyslope or other transaction management system
  • Experience with Asana or another related project management system
