We are currently looking for a talented, highly-motivated Senior Accountant, who will be responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly revenue activity. 

You will:

• Be responsible for the revenue recognition process.  Prepare revenue recognition journal entries and related AR reconciliations in accordance with GAAP.
• Perform cash confirmation and reconciliation analysis. 
• Maintain financial schedules and ledgers in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for ASC 606 and other regulatory requirements
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures.
• Assist in the development and improvement of accounting processes.
• Support the completion of financial statement audits.
• Support the financial close of the month and compare and interpret results to forecasts
• Track and analyze key business drivers and operating metrics
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary

You have:

• 5 years of relevant work experience in Accounting/Finance
• Prior ecommerce or marketplace business experience a plus
• Expert using Microsoft Excel with large data sets
• CPA preferred, knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles critical.
• Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
• Creative and curious, able to work independently
