As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for building out and maintaining the reports and dashboards for the revenue organization as well as the system administrator of any analytical tools.

What You'll Do

• Equip sales teams with metrics and insights to win: perform all of the programmatic or ad hoc reporting needs of the revenue organization.
• Support the building, maintenance, and of KPIs and metrics to measure the health and success of our Revenue business
• Be the system administrator of two of our revenue analytics tools Clari and Atrium and ensure they are optimized for the revenue team

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience working in operations supporting Sales and Marketing teams, experience in SaaS required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and a mastery of SaaS KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to be effective with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to synthesize and present data to business audiences
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with business partners
• Self-starter who is consistently driven to find new solutions and optimize processes
