POSITION SUMMARY: 

NuORDER is looking for an exceptional Revenue Operations Associate to join our growing Revenue Operations function. The team’s mission is to empower our operating leaders to achieve comprehensive business plans. We are part of the office of the COO/CFO and work closely with executives and senior leaders across all functional areas of the business. This role will report to the Director, Revenue Operations. 


In this role, you will be primarily focused on our Retail Team and support our VP, Retail Brand Partnerships in architecting and maintaining the infrastructure needed to support scaled growth. We are focused on building new capabilities and driving operational excellence in every part of our business and need a new team member who is passionate about partnering across the company to plan, execute and maintain our most high-impact Retail operations.


We’re looking for someone who has a true passion for strategy, analysis, operations and systems. This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter to make our growing Retail team even more impactful and efficient. At the core, this individual is operationally minded, is a highly skilled generalist and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.


Please note: This position can be remote but must be located on the East Coast.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and work between systems to sync, clean, pull, analyze, merge and/or leverage data to drive operational initiatives (Salesforce as primary CRM)
  • Build and re-enforce a single source of truth system and culture
  • Structure and drive operational initiatives, working cross functionally to maintain systems’ architecture
  • Identifying growth, efficiency, and strategic opportunities for the Retail business
  • Document opportunities and implement operational workflows (e.g. customer onboarding), introducing automation as needed to achieve efficiencies
  • Conduct trainings with Retail Teams on operational changes or requirements in support of implementation projects
  • Driving successful execution: on specific one-off initiatives, or on process or systems improvements that support our growth trajectory
  • Manage and analyze large datasets across systems and Excel keeping historical logs and performing regular audits to maintain data integrity
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards and automated reports to track KPIs
  • Proactively engage with the Operations team to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper stress testing techniques to support multiple departmental improvements 
  • Run ad hoc analyses and present key findings to a variety of key stakeholders

Experience:

  • Salesforce CRM and Excel experience required
  • 2-5 years professional experience in Business Operations, Business Consulting, Revenue Operations, or similar at a high growth startup
  • Have worked multiple dimensions of a business (sales, product, marketing etc.) and coordinated cross-functionally to deliver results
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Hands-on experience with and integrating across a variety of CRMs, and marketing and sales automation systems, e.g. Hubspot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.
